In this video I go over 4 major and key topic areas, all with their own free online SEO toos that you need to focus on when it comes to website SEO and website ranking or ranking or website rather.

Four Topic Areas Are:

1. Keyword Research
2. Competition Research/Analysis
3. Site Audit
4. Rank Tracking

Now one very important one i should have included was schema but we can go through that in another video.

The reason why keyword research is first and so important for your website ranking is because it just doesnt make sense to have a website that is not optimized for appropriate or relevant keyword terms/phrases.

The tools that I cover in the video for this are:

– Wordze
– Keysearch
– Google Trends

Now for competition analysis and research I did mention at the end of the video that I forgot to include follow. Now this is a chrome extension or add on that you want to use first on all competitor sites that you go to. Majestic in all its glory is a start tool used by SEO-ers everywhere and all around the world. Very easy to use. And they even have a paid version that gives you much more. Spy on competitors backlinks and domain/website url metrix which will give you a significant idea of how you can increase your own website ranking.

Like I said for website seo buzzsumo is not relevant however do not ignore it.

In the site audit section we covered one free online seo tool and a free seo software but are build with the same purpose in mind but have different things that they achieve so use both.
